About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the position of Female Service Delivery Director in our Domestic Abuse Refuge in West London. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the provision of safe accommodation and essential support services to women and children at risk of domestic abuse.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, commencing in February 2025. You will work closely with our passionate and committed team to deliver high-quality services and make a tangible impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Domestic Abuse Refuge team in West London
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a social care setting
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective strategies
  • Familiarity with domestic abuse support services and relevant policies
