**The Role:**
We are recruiting for a Senior Philanthropy Executive to join our team in London. This is a fixed-term contract until 10 December 2025. As a key member of our Philanthropy team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of philanthropists, delivering exceptional stewardship plans, and building relationships with new supporters.

**Key Skills:**
- Experience of managing a portfolio of philanthropists and delivering on exceptional stewardship plans.
- Ability to build enduring relationships with donors and supporters.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to represent Refuge externally.

**Salary:**
The salary for this role is £33,188 per annum, including London Weighting if applicable.
