Senior Quantity Surveyor Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in East Anglia, working on private, affordable, and Build-to-Rent residential schemes. As part of our continued expansion, you will be responsible for budget control, project coordination, and administration.
About the Role- Preparation and negotiation of initial site budgets
- Subcontract procurement and risk assessments
- Site visits and inspections, coordinating with management and subcontractors
- Subcontract payments, variation claims, and final account settlements
As a key member of our team, you will provide continuous financial advice to the Site Management team, ensuring cost control throughout the development programme.
Requirements- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the residential housebuilding sector
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail
Competitive salary (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum) based on experience, plus benefits including:
