Sales & Service Advisor
iSupply Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Sales & Service Advisor to join our team. As a Sales & Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our products and services to drive sales growth.

About the Job:Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Promote our products and services to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Process orders accurately, manage accounts, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products and trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Handle complaints efficiently and turn them into opportunities for exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain the CRM system by tracking interactions, sales, and service activities.
  • Collaborate with a talented team to achieve company goals.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools.

Working Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5pm.
  • Letchworth Garden City location.
