About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Watford, UK. As a key member of our Field Sales team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality merchandising services to major supermarkets within your designated area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team. You will also have a strong work ethic and be able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.

About the Job

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing store contact relationships with major supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA, and Morrisons
  • Maintaining availability and record great execution in stores using technology
  • Collecting and delivering stock to stores each day to ensure 100% availability of product on shelf and compliance to store plans
  • Taking full responsibility for maintaining store records, including inventory
  • Supporting other brands in the McCormick family when required
