Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our team in Watford. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing store contact relationships within major supermarkets, using technology to maintain availability and record great execution in store, collecting and delivering stock to stores each day, and taking full responsibility for maintaining store records including inventory.

About the Role:
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will work 40 hours each week, Monday to Saturday, with Wednesday off. You will be required to travel to different locations, staying away from home when necessary, and your accommodation and meal expenses will be covered. A fully expensed van will be provided, which can be used for personal use. You will also receive a tax-free expense allowance of £520pa in addition to your salary.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage store contact relationships within major supermarkets.
  • Use technology to maintain availability and record great execution in store.
  • Collect and deliver stock to stores each day to ensure 100% availability of product on shelf and compliance to store plans.
  • Take full responsibility for maintaining store records including inventory.

Requirements:
  • A full UK driving license (essential).
  • The right to work in the UK and have a UK bank account.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Previous merchandising, retail or hospitality experience is seen as an asset.

Salary: £24,962.64 + Company Van (new fleet due to be rolled out), vehicle can be used for personal use, Fuel card provided with claimable rate in line with pump costs.
