At Babcock, we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. As a Change Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the business to prepare for, deliver and adopt a wide variety of change activities and initiatives.

The Role
You'll work closely with the Programme Manager to deliver change programs, ensuring project outcomes are achieved and benefits are realised. Key responsibilities include:

  • Constructing plans for executing multiple change projects
  • Ensuring plans meet the requirements of the business and other stakeholders
  • Facilitating and managing workshops and data gathering exercises
  • Maintaining documentation of the status of the projects
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams to identify constraints, dependencies and risk

This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements and the option to work from various locations.

Experience Required

  • Proven level of successful project management experience
  • General understanding and awareness of financial, commercial and legal
  • Background in the defence industry advantageous but not essential

Qualifications

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
