About This Role

At William H Brown, we're looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to complement our fantastic residential sales team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and agreeing sales. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:
  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Optimising opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
