About the Role:
GBR Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join their team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Business Development strategies by creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce day-to-day marketing and communications activity, including creating marketing content and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Support and plan the execution of exhibitions and networking events.
* Update the client database, maintaining accurate records, and driving effective targeted e-shot email campaigns.
* Produce eye-catching, high-quality marketing content for the company's specific target audience, increasing exposure and driving new revenue streams.
* Use HubSpot CMS/CRM system to update the company's website and data records, as well as uploading content and refreshing marketing processes.
* Work closely with external marketing agencies when needed.
* Contribute to the Communications and Content schedule, producing highly creative, fresh, and innovative content ideas.
* Maintain Social Media accounts on Facebook and LinkedIn, including posting content.
* Attend client meetings and exhibition/networking events.
* Assist with developing and rolling out the marketing strategy.
Requirements:
* Ideally 1-2 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
* 360-degree digital and traditional marketing experience.
* Experienced in using marketing software programs and tools, such as HubSpot, MailChimp, Semrush, Google Analytics, or similar.
* Adept in managing multiple projects to meet set deadlines.
* Experience using design and editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar.
* Proactive initiative, thinking outside of the box.
* Excellent communication skills (face-to-face, telephone, and written).
* Proficient IT skills – Microsoft Office.
Working Hours:
* Full-time, permanent role, working 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
* 5 days on-site working in the Lincolnshire HQ.
* Attending Business Events and Exhibitions.
