Senior Speech and Language Therapist Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful applicant will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to patients in both inpatient and community settings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of speech and language therapists. They will also have significant postgraduate experience, including experience in a relevant specialist role, and demonstrate clinical expertise in the management of highly complex patients within clinical areas.
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. The successful applicant will also have access to ongoing professional development opportunities and be able to work in a pressurised, unpredictable environment.
About the Role:- Lead and manage a team of speech and language therapists.
- Develop and implement speech and language therapy services that meet the needs of patients and carers.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care pathways.
