Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Learning Support Assistant to join our Additional Learning Support Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide in and out of class support to assist students with learning difficulties/disabilities
* Assist students with personal care and/or literacy and numeracy
* Work closely with members of the Additional Learning Support and Curriculum department teams
* Report directly to the LSA Coordinator and liaise closely with tutors
Requirements:
* Hold or be working towards your Maths and English L2/C grade
* Be willing to work towards an adult learner support or equivalent qualification
* Have experience supporting students in an educational setting and knowledge of SEND, ALS and EHCP's
