Bereavement Support Coordinator

We are seeking a Bereavement Support Coordinator to join our team in England. The successful candidate will provide support services to bereaved individuals, including counselling, complementary therapy, and play therapy.

This role involves coordinating support services, recruiting new counsellors and therapists, and delivering awareness training to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for supporting those affected by child loss.

As a Bereavement Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for setting up and coordinating regular coffee mornings for bereaved individuals and professionals, planning bi-monthly family and sibling events, and submitting monthly reports to the Bereavement Services Manager.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus benefits including an employee assistance programme, free parking, and branded clothing. If you are passionate about supporting those affected by child loss, we encourage you to apply.

This role is subject to a DBS check and requires flexibility to work outside normal office hours. We operate a contributory pension scheme and offer 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. Mileage is payable for agreed business use.
