Learning and Development Assistant

As a Learning and Development Assistant at Simply Education Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of children who require additional support due to SEND. Our nursery is committed to delivering high-quality care and education, focusing on each child's unique needs and abilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the SENDCO and other colleagues to develop and implement tailored learning plans for children with SEND.
- Supporting children with SEND in small group settings or one-to-one, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers. Your knowledge of early years education and SEND would be advantageous, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. The hourly pay rate for this position ranges from £12.50-£14.84, reflecting the value we place on your dedication and expertise.
