Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in the Mole Valley Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.
Key responsibilities include developing clinical pathways, reducing crisis presentations, and providing supervision and support to the wider team. You will work closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to coordinate care and promote recovery.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in mental health nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a community setting. You will need to be able to safely administer medication, engage in medicines management, and provide educational input and supervision to junior colleagues.
