Administrative Operations Coordinator

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our site operations.
Job Summary:
- Manage the Time & Attendance clocking system, issuing access fobs to new starters and temps
- Support payroll administration with the new starter process, agency hours, and invoice process
- Coordinate internal and external training for operational employees
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job descriptions, job listings, and interviews
About You:
- Proven experience in HR or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £26,000-£27,000 per annum
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays (33 days per annum)
