We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Crime Data Excellence Specialist to join our team at Nationwide Building Society. This role offers a salary range of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Financial Crime Data Excellence Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting the implementation of data controls and promoting a positive data culture within the Financial Crime team.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of data governance frameworks and industry best practices. They'll be responsible for using innovative methods to drive a data-driven culture, working alongside subject matter experts in financial data and systems to ensure they maximise the capability of our systems.

This role requires excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences and build credibility with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience implementing data controls in a large organisation and be passionate about how improved data quality can help us meet our strategic goals.
