Temporary Treasury Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Temporary Treasury Analyst to join our team on a short-term basis. As a fast-growing, PE-backed property company, we require a professional to assist in our treasury operations during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily cash management, including liquidity reporting, cash flow forecasting, and bank account administration.
  • Monitor and manage the company's cash position and optimize cash flow across various accounts.
  • Support treasury operations, including payments, settlements, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow models to ensure adequate liquidity.
  • Assist with loan covenant reporting and debt management, ensuring compliance with loan agreements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, and Investment teams) and external partners (banks and financial institutions).
  • Provide support during the month-end and year-end closing processes related to treasury activities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Treasury Analyst or similar role within a property or private equity-backed business is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, and debt management.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
