Business Development Director Opportunity

Pharmaron is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable business relationships with partners, promoting Pharmaron as the CDMO of choice to prospective clients, and enhancing ongoing business relationships.

About the Role

As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, managing, and maintaining professional relationships with clients that match the segment profile of target Pharmaron customers. You will also be responsible for identifying and leading the cultivation of product development opportunities, and integrated API/product opportunities, by building client confidence in Pharmaron's capabilities and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to support business development initiatives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis


Requirements

  • BSc in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, or related Life Science from a reputable university
  • Multi-year experience in a business development role within the Drug Product Development sector
  • Technical credibility with Drug Product Development - Oral Solid Dose (OSD)
  • Advanced commercial acumen
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
