In this key role, you'll play a vital part in helping customers overcome financial difficulties related to Welfare Benefits. Your expertise will be invaluable in reducing rent arrears and ensuring our customers receive the right support.

This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract opportunity, offering a chance to make a real difference in your community. As a Financial Wellbeing Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Income Collection team to identify and resolve customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers facing financial difficulties related to Welfare Benefits.
  • Work with Income Officers to reduce rent arrears.
  • Assess customer income and expenditure for support fund eligibility.
  • Balance risk to improve services through informed decision-making.

We're proud to offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements
