About the Role:

This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract opportunity for a Financial Wellbeing Manager to work with our Income Collection team. You will focus on supporting customers struggling to pay their rent due to Welfare Benefit-related issues.

This hybrid working role allows you to balance office work in Northampton with travel to our homes when necessary.

  • Reduce rent arrears by collaborating with Income Officers.
  • Assess customers' income and expenditure for homelessness prevention and support fund eligibility.
  • Make informed decisions balancing risk to improve services.
  • Fully qualified Driving licence and access to own vehicle required.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
