Carer Wellbeing Facilitator

The Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Carer Wellbeing Facilitator to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with service users and their families, promoting wellbeing and improving outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Initiate relationships, share common experiences, and work under the direction of registered professionals.
- Develop a trusting rapport, act as a coach and mentor, and promote principles of peer supported recovery and self-managed care.
- Identify and strengthen service user/partner partnerships, and participate in professional supervision and training opportunities.
- Lived experience of mental health challenges or caring for others.
- Knowledge of Peer Support, Recovery, and Wellbeing.
- Ability to apply this throughout work.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires the ability to work effectively with service users and their families, promoting wellbeing and improving outcomes. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
