We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Prepare drinks to a high standard
- Deliver a great experience from beginning to end
- Confidently talk about our menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically promote our products
- Take orders from guests and proactively ensure that all of their needs are met
- Clean and maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the workplace
- Work across various outlets to ensure the smooth running of the resort
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a natural ability to engage with guests. You should be a team player who is able to work well under pressure and is proactive in ensuring that our guests have a great experience.
Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills you need to succeed. However, if you do have experience, we would love to hear about it
