About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Belfry Hotel and Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and polite manner
  • Deliver a great experience from beginning to end
  • Confidently talk about our drinks menus and offer upsells
  • Ensure high standards of cleaning and hygiene practices
  • Work across various outlets to ensure the smooth running of the resort

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering a fantastic service to our guests. You should be an outgoing and enthusiastic individual who enjoys engaging in conversation and talking about our products and the resort. If you have previous experience, that's great, but we also welcome applications from those who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
