**Job Description**

We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our team in Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong electrical bias to contribute to the success of our FMCG manufacturing business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Quickly respond to equipment breakdowns or failures during shifts to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery, systems, and equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Perform PPM on machines, equipment, and infrastructure to reduce the likelihood of breakdowns.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.

**Requirements**

  • A few years' experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ level 3 and above).
