About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team as a SEND Support Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), enabling them to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement personalized support plans, taking into account students' unique needs and goals.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure seamless support and a consistent approach.
* Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents, maintaining open and transparent relationships.

Requirements:
* Relevant experience working with children and young people, preferably in an educational setting.
* Strong understanding of SEND principles and practices, including legislation and policy frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, staff, and families.
