About the Position

A talented Land Surveyor is sought to join a leading utility provider, contributing to the success of their capital investment projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in land access and acquisition strategies, working closely with supply chain partners to manage land-related risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage land acquisitions and rights, ensuring compliance with statutory and legal requirements.
  • Support the delivery of capital investment programs and protect land interests.
  • Collaborate with supply chain partners to address land-related risks and opportunities effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional qualification such as RICS/AssocRICS, with demonstrated post-qualification experience in land access rights, acquisitions, and compensation management. They will also have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £61,000 - £81,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme of up to £2,300 per annum based on company performance. Our benefits package includes a pension plan, hybrid working arrangements, 28 days holiday, and professional development opportunities.
