Role Description

As a Quantity Surveying Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial team in delivering our Rolls Royce projects. You will procure and manage our supply chain, minimize costs while enhancing value for money, and ensure that commercial activities meet the requirements of our programmes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quantity surveying and commercial management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying is highly desirable, and experience in NEC3/4 contracts is essential.

As a Quantity Surveying Professional, you will work closely with our project management team to ensure that commercial activities meet the requirements of our programmes. You will also prepare and submit claims when required, including monthly valuations and final accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the commercial team in delivering Rolls Royce projects

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in quantity surveying and commercial management
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (highly desirable)
  • Experience in NEC3/4 contracts (essential)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience + overtime if required
