We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor - Midlands Residential Groundworks position within our East Midlands team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Residential Groundworks projects for tier 1 house builders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quantity surveys and assist with tender submissions
  • Develop and manage project cost plans, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:
