About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Chartered Surveyor in residential property inspection and report writing. The ideal candidate should have a robust history in conducting valuation inspections, preparing comprehensive condition reports, and managing acquisitions.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include performing inspections and condition surveys, producing detailed reports with defect diagnoses, and providing prioritized recommendations and cost assessments. You will also be tasked with preparing reports, estimates, specifications, drawings, and work schedules for maintenance projects within PD&M.

We are looking for someone who can ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, with a commitment to safety and compliance. The salary for this position is £25 per hour on a PAYE basis.
