SF Recruitment (Birmingham) is excited to be working with a forward-thinking and established manufacturing business in the Midlands, who are looking for a Training Coordinator to join their team.
This role will sit within the Learning and Development department, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and shape the role to suit your skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support the training department with various administrative duties, including booking training courses, uploading and maintaining training records, and processing attendance, feedback, and certification paperwork.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new starters, including checking paperwork and booking them onto relevant training.
- Work closely with the Learning and Development Business Partner to develop and implement training programs and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Entry-level knowledge of the learning and development process, as well as some exposure to HR.
- Basic knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles.
- Previous experience working in a PA, HR Administration, or similar role.
- Knowledge of how to use a Learning Management System (LMS) or HR system.
- Confident with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft packages.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days working from home and flexible hours. The salary is up to £28,000 depending on experience.
