The Role

We're seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our EHSQ team in Coventry. This role involves coordinating training programs, supporting internal trainers and external providers, and maintaining accurate records of training results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of EHSQ training programs
  • Coordinate course bookings, distribute relevant paperwork, and ensure timely communication with internal customers and external service providers
  • Maintain accurate records of training results and certification
  • Ensure refresher training is notified and arranged in a timely manner
  • Update personnel training records and manage certification distribution
  • Support the EHSQ induction process and assist with administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • High degree of numeracy and proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP ordering process is an asset
