About the Role

Citrus Recruit is partnering with a prominent manufacturing company to find an experienced Operations Administrator. As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of logistics and postal services.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Operations Manager in the smooth running of the team and undertaking tasks as directed.
  • Completing all paperwork accurately and legibly.
  • Developing and continually enhancing knowledge of Royal Mail and downstream access regulations, training provided.
  • Communicating postal rule updates and changes to the business.
  • Providing support to the Logistics Planner and covering holidays when required.
  • Training employees in logistics and postal processes.
  • Contributing to improving manufacturing processes.

What You'll Get
