About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our growing team as Associate Director of Inside Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Set KPIs and sales targets for your team and monitor performance
  • Liaise with clients to develop strong relationships and drive the sales cycle
  • Work cross-functionally with external Sales and Marketing teams to align on wider sales objectives


**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree level qualification in a Life Sciences or Business discipline
  • Experience in software sales within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor your team
  • Customer-focused approach and confidence engaging with clients at all levels
