Strategic Sales Professional for Pharmaceutical Services

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to join our team in Europe, focusing on late-phase and outcomes development. Our client is the world's leading pharmaceutical services company, offering product development and commercialisation services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical devices industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales revenue from assigned customers to achieve individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement customer plans that embody global product development account team goals.
- Establish professional working relationships with support teams and other service groups.
- Create new sales opportunities within assigned accounts for all applicable service units, including ancillary company services on a local and global basis.
- Serve as the primary facilitator and owner in customer presentations/meetings and the development of the appropriate teams for such meetings, including bid presentations, contract negotiations, etc.
- Maintain open communication with internal project managers to assess overall customer satisfaction and project progress.
- Ensure sales compliance with routine use of CRM (Salesforce).
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business management or a scientific discipline specific to pharmaceutical development, along with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience within a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.
- Strong networking ability and decisiveness in decision-making when facing ambiguity.
