We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Lead to join our team at Fagron GmbH & CO. KG. As a key member of our dispensary operations team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of our high-quality Pharmaceutical Compounding Service.

About the Role

You will work alongside our Superintendent Pharmacist to ensure that our service meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This includes leading a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff in providing effective end-to-end manufacturing of non-sterile compounded products for patients and prescribers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the accountable pharmacist for the production team
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including the General Pharmaceutical Council Regulations and Guidance for Registered Pharmacies
  • Leading research and development initiatives to improve product formulations and manufacturing processes
  • Safe and Effective Production – Quality Assurance: owning the Quality Management System and operational excellence at our facility

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. You should also have good communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • GPhC-registered Pharmacist
  • Basic computer skills essential
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of SP
