Quality Assurance Lead for Pharmaceutical Audits

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to manage self-inspections and external inspections across our global operations. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in the GMP and GDP pharmaceutical environment.

This is a stand-alone role that requires strong leadership skills, as you will be leading multiple audits and inspections while staying organized and focused on key priorities. Your expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) will enable you to effectively collaborate with team members to prepare them for inspections, even when not physically present.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all audit-related activities, including self-inspections and external inspections.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Issue audit reports and follow through on audit actions to ensure timely closure of findings.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in audit management in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple audits and inspections.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Locations include Watford, Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Amersham, Slough, Bracknell, Staines, Windsor, Woking, London, Greater London, Reading, Hampshire, and Surrey.
