About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the global Quality, Technical, and Compliance teams, managing Qualified Persons (QPs) and product certification across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading Global Quality Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to improve quality management systems, ensuring adherence to GMP and GDP standards.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all quality systems comply with regulatory bodies like MHRA and foreign authorities, providing expert advice to the board on quality matters.
  3. Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives based on performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • A Degree or higher level in Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Management / Quality Assurance, with extensive experience in pharmaceutical quality management, including leadership and team management within a GMP environment.
  • Extensive experience with regulatory compliance in the UK, EU, and international markets, including expertise in handling audits and managing the performance of quality teams.
