Job Overview

GSK, a global biopharma company, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading a team of quality professionals and ensuring the highest level of quality in our pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of quality professionals in delivering high-quality results and implementing quality strategies across therapeutic areas.
  • Evaluate and drive changes in R&D processes and modify the quality strategy and plan to meet changing needs of the organization, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Identify and drive continuous quality improvements as a consequence of risk assessments, audits, inspections, trends/metrics, and root cause analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in scientific or quality-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or quality assurance, with leadership skills and knowledge of GLP, GCP, pharmacovigilance/drug safety, and regulatory requirements.
