About The Role

We are seeking a project management graduate to join our team in the Southampton office.

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who aspire to become project management leaders in a construction consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full involvement in projects from inception to completion, with varied tasks and no two projects being alike
  • Managing relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues to deliver successful outcomes
  • Pursuing individual study towards achieving chartered surveyor status, with support from our industry-leading structured RICS APC program
Training and Progression (APC Program)

We provide comprehensive training through our APC program, which includes:

  • Self-study outside working hours
  • A bonus payment upon completing the APC
  • Mentorship from an experienced colleague
  • Training sessions with an external APC coach
  • Quarterly assessments
  • Coaching in soft skills
  • Individual face-to-face and telephone support leading up to the final assessment
Post-APC Programme Development

Upon gaining chartership, you can participate in a formal development program focusing on commerciality, leadership, and business development.
