Job Overview
As a Strategic Project Manager at Quilter, you will play a critical role in delivering large-scale projects and programmes that drive business change and deliver strategic objectives. Reporting to the Head of Group Technology Solutions, you will lead cross-functional teams to achieve project outcomes, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business strategy and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead project teams to achieve project outcomes, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain effective relationships with senior leaders, project managers, and team members to foster a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring prompt escalation and resolution where necessary.
- Monitor and report on project performance, progress, and budget, making adjustments as required to meet objectives.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in project management and delivery. A strong understanding of business operations, finance, and technology is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
