About the Role

This Head of Projects position is with a leading Property Consultant in the UK. The company provides a comprehensive property management solution, including Facilities Management. The successful candidate will be part of the Projects division, focusing on fit out and M&E services with values ranging from £30k to £500k.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  2. Secure and deliver projects to meet business requirements and margins.
  3. Manage project delivery to completion, ensuring satisfaction of all parties.
  4. Maximise profit through cost reductions and better subcontractor services.
  5. Develop and manage bids, tenders, and proposals to win project opportunities.
  6. Build strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
  7. Manage financial responsibilities for the annual projects plan.
  8. Lead a team of project managers delivering projects across a portfolio of contracts.

The ideal candidate is target-driven, commercially aware, and able to develop client opportunities. They will have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage a team to deliver successful and profitable projects.
