Cpl UK Healthcare seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist Manager to lead the Occupational Therapy Department in South London. Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the Occupational Therapy Department, setting strategic objectives and overseeing daily operations.
  2. Provide supervision and guidance to occupational therapists, promoting professional development and adherence to clinical standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current registration as an occupational therapist with the relevant authority.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior leadership role or equivalent.
