About the Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional Occupational Therapist Manager to join our team at St Matthews Healthcare. As Occupational Therapist Manager, you will be responsible for leading our occupational therapy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services to our patients and residents.

You will oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of occupational therapy staff, as well as develop and implement comprehensive occupational therapy programs. Your expertise will drive excellence in patient care and service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the relevant professional body
  • A minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience in a similar role
  • Substantial experience working within mental health settings

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
