Are you a motivated and experienced occupational therapist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a specialist occupational therapist to lead in the advanced assessment and treatment of residents with complex physical and neurological conditions. This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.

The role involves delivering high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions, providing clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the multidisciplinary team. You will work alongside other healthcare professionals to promote health and independence among residents. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in occupational therapy and excellent clinical reasoning skills.

You will be responsible for managing a designated caseload, completing assessments, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans. Your expertise will be crucial in promoting resident-centered services and ensuring that each individual receives personalized care.
