Job Title:

Senior Occupational Therapist Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our team of Occupational Therapists in providing high-quality services to individuals with learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Therapy, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Occupational Therapists in delivering services to individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to team members.

Requirements:

  • Masters-level qualification in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Occupational Therapy.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.

Salary: £55,000 - £62,500 per annum.
