Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our team at QEF Care and Rehabilitation Centre. As a senior member of our staff, you will be responsible for fostering an inclusive and supportive culture focused on delivering high-quality care.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Occupational Therapy, additional training or qualifications relevant to neuro-rehabilitation, and current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Post-qualification experience in working with physical disabilities and neurological rehabilitation is also essential.

The salary for this role is £43,742 - £50,056 per annum, and we offer a comprehensive pension plan, life assurance coverage, health cashback scheme, exclusive shopping discounts, and access to a dedicated employee assistance program.

Main Responsibilities:

* Lead the Occupational Therapy team, ensuring clients receive timely and effective treatment and discharge planning.
* Use advanced clinical reasoning to determine appropriate rehabilitation programs and discharge/continuing care plans.
* Supervise, teach, and manage junior Occupational Therapy staff, including assistants and students.
