Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist for Secure Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in a secure care setting. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical expertise and leadership skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with experience in assessing and treating individuals with complex needs. You will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services, leading a team of occupational therapists, and contributing to the development of effective treatment plans.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of occupational therapists in a low-secure environment
  • Provide specialist assessment and intervention services to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet the needs of service users
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to occupational therapy services

Requirements:

  • Current HPC registration
  • Previous experience in relevant health settings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
