Eden Brown Synergy is a leading provider of Mental Health services, and we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Senior Occupational Therapist.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing occupational therapy programs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and support to patients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Job Summary:
  • Leading and managing the Occupational Therapy Service across CAMHS and Adult services
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care and services

We are looking for a qualified and registered Occupational Therapist with at least 3 years post-qualifying experience, along with substantial experience of working within Mental Health settings.

Remuneration:
  • Annual salary of up to £48,000 - £52,000 depending on experience
