Job Summary

As our Maintenance Scheduler, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every job and survey is planned, optimised, and executed to perfection. From scheduling to route optimisation, your work will be key to keeping our teams running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and optimise the schedules of our fabric engineers, ensuring maximum efficiency and alignment with skillsets.
  • Ensure all jobs and surveys are booked, confirmed, and scheduled at least 3 days in advance.
  • Coordinate closely with engineers and the wider team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Use your organisational skills to keep schedules full, reactive, and route-optimised for maximum productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience in scheduling engineers in a reactive maintenance or similar environment.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with scheduling software, ideally Job Watch by Big Change.
  • Organisational ninja: You excel at time management and can keep schedules running like clockwork.
  • Great communicator: You'll need excellent communication skills to liaise with engineers, clients, and the wider team.
