Residential Care Team Manager

**Job Description**
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Residential Care Team Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Residential Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting our care team with their daily tasks.
Your key responsibilities will include leading a team of care staff, administering medication, and updating resident care plans and risk assessments. You will also need to liaise with GPs, district nursing teams, and resident family members to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you'll receive a competitive rate of pay plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package. The estimated salary for this position is around £25,500-£29,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
